Hi Everyone, Sometimes I forget to change the update date please check. Please when you order make sure you hit the place order button a number of orders have hung because that one important step was missed. If you have not received your order within 5 or 6 days this may be the problem. WE can retreive your order if this is the problem as long as we know you have ordered. We will be glad to honor any credit you have but it will have to be in merchandise rather than cash.

You must be logged in to use the shopping cart. The shopping cart will not work when an account is deliquent. To make changes in your order hit change order, change amount, and hit update.

ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE A MINIMUM OF $5.00 because of the cut they take. Thanks

How do I shop on your site?

First select the category you want to shop from. You can do this by clicking on the provided links under Refund Forms or Coupons. The first page you will see is a page listing all the products in that category that were added within the last 7 days. You can then choose to browse the entire list of products available either alphabetically (Click on the appropriate alphabetical link) or click on "All" for a complete listing in that category.

Select the items you like from each page by entering the desired number in each box. When done click on "add selected items to basket". Repeat this step from each page you wish to order from. Once you are completely done click on "Proceed to Checkout". You will be prompted to log in to your account using your email and password or create a new one. To complete your checkout CLICK on submit - DO NOT hit enter.

If you have funds available please choose CNF as your payment option to check-out.

If you are trying to order and receive this message: "Your order would result in a negative balance. Please add money to your account by clicking here" you can add funds directly from Paypal using your existing account or a credit card (even if you don't have an account with Paypal). After you funded your account please return to your Shopping Cart (click on the Shopping Cart link on the top of the page) and submit your order.

Please don't forget that unless you have funds in your account or plan to pay with Paypal you will not be able to complete the checkout and you will not receive an order confirmation because the order was not accepted - meaning that I did not receive your order either.

When will my order be mailed?

All orders are filled and mailed within 24 hours except on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Please FUND your account BEFORE you order by logging into your "My Account" page.

If you fund your account while checking out make sure you return to the cart and click "submit" again.

If you have been a customer for a while request Preferred Customer Status which will allow you to order before you pay by sending me an email.

You cannot believe the number of times I've ordered forms from "other" ---------- got them in the mail and trashed them as they did not list the states the forms were good in.....or else they listed the wrong exp. dates.....or else the wrong information was given in the form notation.
